ZAIN UAE are happy to work on projects of any size from an individual room to a major re-development, from demolition & structural alterations and extensions to final decorations and furnishing.
Our work is divided in three fields: design, supervision and contracting…and our challenge is trying to deliver client`s needs, wants, and fantasies through professional Sensibility.
In ZAIN UAE we are architects dealing with spaces that means we design, solve the equation between function and elegancy ,and we make supervision to be sure that the tiny things is done perfectly and what we imagined turning into real.
We will handle every aspect of the job including:
- Planning applications, building regulations submissions, listed building and conservation area consents
- Appointment of specialist consultants: structural engineers, party wall surveyors, M&E consultants, planning supervisors
- Design concepts: images and material samples
- Sourcing furniture and materials from our agents throughout Europe and internationally
- Design of bespoke cabinetry ,unique architectural elements and furniture pieces
- Detailed CAD drawings, specifications and scope of works for tendering and construction
- Administration of JCT contracts, contract administration on site
- Overseeing or doing(fit out working) the construction work through to completion.
